The Letterwinners M Club is the official member-driven club for University of Michigan Varsity Letterwinners. The Letterwinners M Club recognizes, connects, and celebrates athletes across sports, across decades, and across the globe.
The goal of the Outreach Committee is to drive club membership and engagement. We are responsible for making our members aware of the news, events, people, and resources within this community.
Task
The club's online presence in prior years was stagnant and member engagement was nearing an all-time low further fueled by COVID restricting our ability to gather in-person. We needed to revitalize the club from within, revamp our online presence, and modernize how we engaged with our members.
I was appointed Chair of Outreach Committee and Secretary in 2024 after driving a full-scale transformation strategy for digital engagement, developing and managing a fully redesigned website and all member-facing communications through email campaigns, and social media to share our news, events, people, and resources within this community to our nearly 6,000 active members.
I spearheaded strategic outreach initiatives, member engagement channels and events, and fundraising efforts to expand community community engagement, member retention, and organizational impact
